I would like an explanation as to why Fysh is doing a terrible job at being a mod, specifically why he deleted my legitimate forum games game and legitimate Code Geass topic.

Fysh was the first one to ask, and I think he has been doing a good job so far. If you have any complaints just pm me or Slider so we can talk to him or talk to him yourselves, I guess *shrugs*
