If you haven't caught on by now, this is a thread in which you can address any complaints you may have. If you aren't comfortable with that, PM one of the admins (Slider, Moontoon, myself). Don't make threads about your complaints. Don't complain about stupid things like a thread being locked, especially when it's clear that it should be locked.

I hope none of you takes this really offensive or anything. I love all of you guys, and I still consider a lot (or pretty much all) the mods here my friends.

Okay, here's my biggest problem -

Stop. Playing. Favorites.

You guys give the mod title to someone that doesn't even do anything. Then reject the mod title to some people who are willing to mod properly here.

AND: Make sure no one turns this place into 4chan/something awful. I see you guys are refraining people (mostly abicion) from doing it, so I'm pretty happy with that.

That's really it.

My complaint is that I'm not a mod or admin.

I feel unsafe. I can't walk the streets at night knowing Covert's a mod. =(

So we're basically cleaning this place up to be more Tales level in how it's modded, even though people are going to complain no matter what we do, so at this point it's basically anything you wouldn't do on Tales you shouldn't do here.

Why should it even matter if people like this place or not? It's a fallback. Whether they like it or not, they'll be here because they can't leave.

If you guys wanna make it more like Tales, fine. But there's no need to, especially when the carefree nature was pretty fun.

And if you're going to make it more like Tales, you need to find different mods.

Why does the forum need different mods exactly?

In all honesty it isn't going to be that much of a change but is more to stop the fact that every time a mod actually locks a thread for spam or breaking vaguely defined rules, someone starts a **** storm.

Tales isn't even that strict, and it's not like we're going to be policing around making sure everyone is on topic and such, but things like deliberate one man spam threads and Abicion posting a bunch of sophia pictures for no reason other than to post a bunch of sophia pictures and such doesn't really need to happen.

People here are just bitching because they feel that the mods are their friends (not implying that anyone is friends with Abicion) and that they should be able to get away with total bull****.
