I'm assuming it will be like Warner and DC. Despite being owned by WB DC pretty much does their own thing and Warner only seems to take care of marketing.

I'm not really following up on the Disney news, but have they bought and closed various studios like Ensemble Studios and FASA? The latter of which recently spoke out about Microsoft.
