I haven't watched the show in two years and I caught an episode today. This episode was focused on an Asian dude and the show seems to follow the same routine of flashbacks to flesh out the guy's background and characteristics.

Now there's this scene with the fatass, Hurley, annoying the Asian guy. In retaliation, the Asian took Hurley's diary and read it out loud. Apparently it wasn't a diary and Hurley was writing the script for the Empire Strikes Back. As an explanation, the fatass says it's 1970-something and Star Wars just came out so George Lucas is probably working for a sequel. Being a dumbass, he would like to help Lucas by giving him a script.

What the hell... so this show is about time travel?!

Further proving that Abrams is a clueless hack and has just been winging this entire thing from Day 1.

There's your DEEP AND PROVOCATIVE for you. I couldn't even watch the Sci-Fi reruns for more than a month because this show and everything in that it stands for pisses me off so much.

I can't watch Lost, I just can't understand it.
It confused me more than the Matrix.

It took a weird turn with the time travel "plot device" but things are still pretty good. It's still one of my favorite shows.

The mythology kinda comes second to the whole character aspect of the show, and that's where it shines.

Still waiting for the Copperfield tie in.

Fringe is pretty good right now but its one of those shows that you can tell is gonna go down the shitter in a few seasons.
