Just fix it your self and give it a custom case to boot. I get tons of stares at school because my PSP has a clear see through casing. |

| So to everyone who just decided to play this: Reid or Farah? Personally Farah, she's amazing to control when you get her Ground-to-air, air-to-ground, base and arcane artes. Triple Blossom -> Super Swallow Dance -> Eagle Rage -> Chi -> Maximum Burst. Killer |

| Just got to Inferia, went to the hotel, booked a room, and went upstairs, thinking I was gonna have a regular sleep. ...Only to then have an hilarious scene with an old maid hitting on Keele. Man I love this game |

I always had Chat, because I didn't like Reid. (It was always Meredy, Farah, Chat and Keele.) Plus, she has the cutest cheers._________________ Yes, my icon is very animu |

| Softcake scene <3. Man Eternia is great. Mini games, extra scenes, and side quests galore, plus a great battle system and great characters to boot, what more can you want? xD. Sometimes makes me wonder where the series would be if this came out in phantasia's place~~~~ Anywho, I have a few questions again (if anyone remembers from the TSF =/). I'm on my second playthrough and just happened to notice a few things i didn't catch the first time around (spoilers i guess): 1. Is Balir Shizel's last name? I was at the observatory in Inferia about a week ago and stumbled on a book on the upstairs shelf. It was about the bridge of light and was written by a Transon Balir. So would that make Meredy's last name Balir as well or is that just some other...erm..coincidental Balir? 2. Is it ever explained what happened to Ras' mother? I stumbled on a certain npc conversation in Inferia Castle (yea, im searching every corner on this playthrough xD) explaining that she commited suicide after having an argument with the queen (?), and that Roen and Ras' friendship was broken up shortly after. It also explained that there was one witness to the argument, so does that imply that Roen was instrumental in her death? I don't know why im so curious, but its always been the little things in Tales that've intrigued me...... |

| 1. That's the same Balir. But since Celestians don't have last names, he seems to have taken that as his single name in Celestia and dropped the Transon. So I guess technically, yes, Shizel and Meredy are both Balir. Meredy is aware that he has two names. There's a book in the library in Imen that she is a little vague about, and finally tells you is by a man named Transon. Clearly, the implication is that she knows it's Balir who wrote it, but that Transon is not the name he's more commonly known by. She's keeping things to herself again... (Though I'm surprised Keele didn't pick up on it, really, considering he's been reading Balir's notes in Inferia, which presumably use both names, and since they already suspect that Balir is an Inferian.) Always made me wonder, if Keele did stay there, did he stick with Keele, or did he go over to Zeibel? (I imagine the former, but it amuses me to think it might be the latter.) 2. No. Annoyingly. One more dropped family... I immediately forget all about strategies and skills, but I can tell you about library books... Tells you what *I* focus on, doesn't it?_________________ [by Atlas] |

| I just met Ras, and it occured to me, how does he understand Meredy? It's been a while since I've played the game, so maybe it shows he has an earring, but otherwise, how can he talk to her? Did he have an earring to begin with or can he speak Melnics fluently? |

| The earrings seem to have some kind of... field, maybe, that they give off? Anyway, something about just being around the Orz seems to make them work. So it shouldn't actually be necessary for everybody in the party to have one, but maybe that's in case they get split up? (And they do -- it allows Keele to stay behind when the others go to get Volt.) So presumably Ras can understand Meredy as long as she's wearing her earring (or as long as Reid and Farah are around, if she's not). Maybe? _________________ [by Atlas] |

| Hehe, you sure do have this stuff down ^_~ So quick~~~~ And yea, the Orz Earrings are quite open to interpretation. My guess is that they were explained in one of the skits (Eternia's skits being one of Tales' seven wonders lol >_<) |

| [at Sylph's cavern] Ras: Being exposed to the winds for so long can take a lot out of you. We better rest here. Reid: Really? I feel great. Ras: if you go on like this (or something along those lines), you'll wind up to get in trouble. Nice pun Namco, nice pun. |

More than likely.
Damn those skits. DAMN YOU, NAMCO.
...I cry. I cry.
I have a question, then:
If you choose to play as one of the mages, who do you prefer, Keele or Meredy? The potential to cast faster, or Quickie?
(I'd probably -- *SHOCK, GASP* -- actually prefer Meredy, if the way she moves in battle didn't drive me crazy. Something about her skipping annoys me when I'm playing as her. When she's on her own, it doesn't bother me a bit, but I can't stand trying to control it.)_________________ [by Atlas] |
