To set the two brave souls up for first strikes, Folevarr swung his staff over his head and pounded it on the ground to form a spellcircle around him. "O white winds that are the wintery embrace, converge and imprison those sons of bitches!"

Folevarr gently kicked his staff off the ground and with his glowing hands, pointed it at the group of enemies. Folevarr hoped to target his spell at the two enemies in the back.

Pookie followed behind the much larger duo, probably the safest place to be at that point while trying to get into melee range. Despite the absolutely horrific smell, of course.

Worf sword cuts through branches and plants alike, but his target ducks the swing and uppercuts Worf with a wooden club. Worf simply grins at the man after taking no damage, and the attacker runs off, terrified.

Adonis cleaves the skull of his target with his axe, splitting it open. Blood sprays out of the wound, and Adonis opens his mouth to accept the spray of warm life.

Folevarr throws a ball of ice at the remaining enemy, but it strikes his club and wraps it in spiky ice shards, making it a much more formidable weapon. The man screams and rushes at Folevarr.

Pookie is showered in blood and frost.

Everybody else books it, heading east.

Folevarr was startled by the effects of his spell. While the spikes began forming on the club, Folevarr slowly stepped back and towards the East. He rapidly turned his head from the enemy to the East group, and back. He grew worried but kept a calm, cool look.

"Please protect me, everyone. ... ...Okay, here's my second spell, assholes."

Folevarr swung his staff around until a light shifting aura shone around it. He then slammed the staff onto the ground, hoping to convince the approaching attacker that it is falling into a chasm.

In addition to helping Folevarr not get his **** ruined by his foe with the enhanced armament, Worf attempted to behead the attacking by swinging his sword at the guys neck. Worf also prayed to get a good roll for ****ing once.

Doran, once he felt he had made significant progress in moving away from the bad things, glanced back at the rest of the group.

Unfortunately the rest of the group seemed to only include the elf and halfling. Doran slowed his run and eventually stopped, closing his eyes in frustration and sucking in copious amounts of air through his nostrils. After a few seconds, he released his held breath, glancing at the present party. "Why is everyone else so stupid?"

".....Do we go back and help them?" Sakura sighed, addressing the question to the halfling.

With a mile-wide open grin, Adonis welcomes the delicious red fluid in his mouth, quenching his much needed thirst for human life.

But when the very brief fountain of blood stopped running, he decapitates the corpse's head and feeds on his brain as he watches Worf fight against the man with the frozen club.

Pookie, feeling utterly useless, attempts to intercept the crazed man and trip him up with a slice at the knee caps.

After pondering the current situation for a moment, Doran, in place of the oddly silent halfling, replied to the elf's query. "Well, I don't think we'd be all that effective in this smaller group, so I guess we can just retrace our steps and hope to catch them before they finish their fight and wander off. Let's hurry."

He once again began his sprint, this time heading back towards the rest of the group.

Reveling in the exciting new damage potential of his club, the attacker runs at Folevarr, who turns and slams his staff. To the attacker, this appears to open a gaping hole in the ground, which he then appears to fall into. In actuality, he simply falls face down into the dirt, but stops moving completely.

Everybody else meets up at the scene for the convenience of advancing past this boring segment of running away. You all escape the forest to the uhhhhhh South? I don't really remember what direction I had intended you guys to go, or what was there. Either way, you are now out of the forest, but like the mom in Home Alone, just when you think you are free and away you sit up in your plane seat and shout "KEVIN!", but in this case you all collectively sigh "Jal...". Quickly, you realize you weren't nearly good enough friends with him to travel back into orc death forest and save him from whatever terrifying fate awaits.

You have one meal of food remaining, you are tired from running. Oddly, despite being out of the forest, the smoke still clings to the air all around you.

Worf, looking mighty confused, turned to look at his sword and was downcast. "WHEN THE **** AM I ACTUALLY GOING TO HIT SOMETHING GODDAMMIT"

He cried. Oh did he cry.

"Well...he had a quite a firm ass." Adonis sighed as he remembered the brief yet... uhh... brief times of Jal.

Feeling very mild guilt and sadness, Folevarr began to hum a very sad tune.

Suddenly feeling quite over his spell of tears, Worf turned to look at the party, and then focused specifically on Odin. "SOOOO UHH WHERE'VE YOU BEEN THE LAST TWO PAGES I MEAN HOURS"
