I realize this isn't going to be a very active thread until a western release is announced but for impressions this doesn't really belong in Today in Gaming. Anyway, it sounds really fucking good, a cross between God Eater and Attack on Titan you say? Sign me up!

To be frank, I really judge monster hunting games based on visual appeal because mechanically they're very samey. God Eater's the only one that I really like, Monster Hunter, Soul Sacrifice, Toukiden don't really hold my attention. Coupling God Eater-style aesthetics with a mechanic that actually sounds really interesting (and will thankfully speed up gameplay) sounds like a great marriage.

They should've sticked to Panopticon.

Speed up gameplay you say? My only qualm with Gods Eater was that my fights always took forever I was just not good at the battle system xD

That's the genre in general, Shiv. Bigass dudes with a lotta health. They've always had a co-op focus after all.
