Recommended level for endboss in DotNW?

I'm about to enter the final dungeon in the game and before I plunge myself into (probably) the most diffcult battle in the game I'd like to know what the recommended level is for this bossfight so I can prepare myself for it.

Well.

There are going to be a couple back to back fights.

As odd as it may sound, being low level is probably better, as the true final boss scales with you and becomes progressively harder to defeat.

Ahh, okay. I'm lv 64 right now. But do Alice and Decus scale with your level too? It's pretty hard to focus on either of them since the strategy menu doesn't even offer all possible options like in the prequel >.>
