Voices

This had been on my mind for a while now but here it goes: Will the games have their respective english voice actors or will the original have the same cast as DotNW? Or will DotNW have the same cast as the original?

My guess is that the voices didn't change at all from the original and DotnW.

Well, we can only hope.

I'm fairly sure that they were able to get the original voice acting for ToS, and I sure hope so because I really really dislike the DotNW cast.

I think that they did get the original voice cast back for those very few new lines, because Shiloh Strong at the very least confirmed it for himself. And trust me when I say very few new lines. I'm talking like four new artes per character (counting the mystic artes if those require additional voice acting now) and maybe one additional scene that's been voiced.

Sadly, most of the PS2-only scenes weren't voiced in Japanese either, so I doubt it'll change in the localization.

What I mean is it would be kinda weird if Lloyd still sounded like Robin from Teen Titans in DotNW or Sheena sound like Rangiku from Bleach in the original TOS.

Well, they aren't going to rerecord any of the original lines. That'd cost way too much money. The voice acting that was already in either game will stay as it was. It's just that there's additional voice acting for a few extra artes here and there, but I'm pretty sure the corresponding voice actors will get to them. As for DotNW, I'm pretty sure it has nothing new that requires voice acting, not even artes.

So they reunited the ToS cast, which is simple, for the Mystic Artes.

Is that what they did with the ENG voices!?
