This is Halloween

So, we could use this topic to talk about what we did for Halloween..

I had to go to the dentist's office in the morning to get fitted for a crown ... Yay.

Then afterwards got dressed and wandered around this bar heavy college town with some friends and had a pretty okay time. I could only eat and drink stuff with the left side of my mouth, but I survived. I'll upload a photo of my costume later.

I really wanted to actually wear my costume the day of this year, even though it was a re-run from two years ago. So I texted one of my friends before the weekend to see if he wanted to come over, drink, watch some mildly spoopy content, but he was going to a party with a friend. He invited me, we went, it was kind of boring, we finished our drinks, got burritos, and that took us to the end of the night LOL uneventful but still pretty nice. I also went to a club event thing the preceding Thursday, that was actually very fun, no costume that time though.

Almost everyone in the old tales forum are Canadan or American so I understand why you got it wrong.

My son was born at 1:39 in the morning on Halloween, so I spent the day (joyously) in the hospital.

My Halloween was spent at work and then just relaxing at home with Hocus Pocus. Being at work was okay since we got to dress up for the day and we had a potluck.

CONGRATULATIONS BO STAFF!!!! That is sooooo amazing <3 I hope you, your wife, and the little one are all happy and cozy this winter, a month a half! That's so awesome.

Thanks Roadie and Rainstorm. Life has been an adjustment for all of us, including my 3 year old daughter, but we are settling in after a couple of months. It's hard to believe that he is already that old.
