Anyone have the Alter figure of Sorey?

Can you remove the Shepherd's cape? Always preferred how he looks without it.

Not removable, but He still looks pretty awesome next to other Tales characters.

It's actually a Kotobukiya figure. You could maybe break the cape off but there's a chance you'd damage the rest of the figure, and even if you didn't, that would lower the value of the figure if/when you want to sell it. I also have no idea if like, his shirt collar and stuff under the cape is actually properly sculpted.

EDIT: took me a bit to see it due to bad lighting where I have my figure, but there is a blue shirt collar there. It might be part of the cape piece though and very likely would break off with it.

Oh, well that explains it. I don't think Alter would make the same mistake (and this also explains why the Mikleo figure looks so poor.)

I just assumed it was Alter because they normally do the majority of the large Tales figures, and they've got the Alisha and Edna ones.

Yeah it's usually Alter or Kotobukiya, with Alter I believe making more of them, but Kotobukiya does make a fair number of them. Sorey and Collette are both Kotobukiyas in my collection, and Velvet was just announced as a Kotobukiya figure as well.

Kotobukiya isn't bad, but they're extremely unambitious.
