No, I'm not trying to flamebait or anything. I'm not even saying that this is a bad game... But. There are some really, really stupid/annoying things about it. Discuss them here in this hate fest.

WHY do monsters spawn like immediately after you leave their frame. If you walk down a path, fight a monster along the way, and discover that it's a dead end or something then on the way back you HAVE TO FIGHT THE MONSTER AGAIN. ALJRHWFKLJWQE.

Why is there no graphic for firing the sorcerers ring.

Why did you half ass the game and not create a world map.

Why are there level caps on old party members.

Why is the game so short.

Why does is feel like just a really long side quest.

Why is Emil so annoying.

Why did you make acquiring recipes basically pointless.

Thanks for voicing the skits. Combo breaker, etc.

Why are the dungeons so easy.

Why.

Why put effort, time, and therefor more money into making a sequel that 95% of the fanbase will buy anyways?

The only things I found good about this game so far are the skits and Tenebrae.

Things that bother me...

~ Is it just me or do you lose HP way too fast if caught in a bad spot? i.e. surrounded by 3-4 monthers, and they have super fast attacks that drain your HP before you can react. Maybe it's just me, but that's what I've noticed. >_>
~ Monsters spawn way too quickly.
~ difficulty seems unbalanced? And I fought monsters whose auto healed themselves so fast... o.O
~ Emil is annoying, but he *is* improving a bit. I'm surprised though, I thought he'd be more annoying than Luke.
~ too many flashbacks showing what happened 5 seconds ago in the beginning.

~ I wish Marta would be more supportive of Emil in Ratatosk mode. Sad

I mean if he's punching someone over and over you don't say "Stop! Emil!" you should say...

"That's right Emil! Yes... yeeeeees. Show that sucker who's boss! Kill! Smash! Destroy! Rend! Mangle! Distort! BWA HAHA HAHA!"

ugh I had forgotten about the flashback thing. I could hardly believe that when I started playing.... Why on earth would they put in flash backs for things that were just said the previous sentence.

At the opposite, I wish she would slap him more because he's such a complete asshole in that mode.

On other points.. I have to agree on the ridiculous flashbacks, those just make no sense whatsoever. Agreed on the respawning as well.

Another thing I hate is how you can get trough the whole game with pratically no griding until the last dungeon, where you have to do a grind fest. ToS 2 is not the only RPG guilty of that, tough.

I only had to grind for Decus and Alice, and only a few levels. Everything else was a piece of cake :(

Agreed. The "courage is the magic that makes dreams reality" flashbacks got old really fast.

I pretty much breezed through the battles until I got to Alice and Decus. I had to do a lot of grinding to beat them but the final boss was easy.

All of the bosses were too easy except Album Artrum and Glashdheim and the first boss on the first playthrough.
