how hard it is to take the disc out of the Limited Edition case? I found that putting it on a flat surface makes it much easier, but before I realized that, my god was it a struggle. I'm used to being able to just take discs out of the cases in my hands, so having to put the case down to get the game/soundtrack out is weird.

I'm guessing the regular edition is much easier to get the game out of, since the case is plastic.
