Well, I went back to the Ghost Ship with a more powerful Sorcerer's Ring today and I couldn't get to the room where they said that.
Is there like, another place where you can use it, or is that just Nam Cobanda I. just screwing with us?

There isn't, I don't think. It's just meant for you to see the invisible monsters and to be extraordinarily creepy. I really couldn't take much of that place, the mirrors were frightening.

He says that in the ghost ship, anyways. Nam Cobanda just replays the ones you've seen or skipped.

He was making a clever silly by saying Nam Cobanda I. instead of Namco Bandai.
