the netcode is said to be really great by people who have managed to play it online so far, and there was a title update released recently that has improved the netcode further so it should hopefully be at SF: HDR standard.

Hazama revealed to be a new character for Continuum Shift. From what I gathered his drive is Ouroborus which allows him to summon chains.
