I hope this rumour is somewhere near the mark, July is the -perfect- time for it to come, if NA is the same time. (I really am hoping for a CE as well)

You know, whether the rumor turns out to be true or not, that CE boxart image most certainly isn't real.
It shows Xillia 2 as having a PEGI 12 rating (not even just provisional, and even then the provisional rating is 16). No way it's getting that considering the first Xillia was PEGI 16.
