You're all awesome.

It was weird, it was fun. The guests who said they'd arrive late in the evening arrived in the early afternoon and the guests who said they'd have all day arrived late in the evening and only stayed for half an hour. Games were won by people not actually present at the time, one pizza was enough to feed four people (because they had been snacking all day) and when we were playing Liar's Dice, the 1/3rd probability chances were always garantueed to happen.

"No dude! It's a two out of three chance. The risks are too high! Don't do it."

It didn't really feel like a birthday but my friends and I had a lot of fun hanging out regardless. We ended up playing boardgames all day.

In terms of presents, I got a signet ring with the family crest it'll arrive in 2.5 months, after a delay of two years, an animaris ordis parvus it's a fully functional scale model of a "Strandbeest" by Theo Jansen, it's awesome, check it out, a book on drawing fantasy stuff mostly birds oddly, a purple beanie, Legend of Zelda: A link between worlds, and a boardgame!

I also got a postcard which claimed it wouldn't embarras me in front of my friends by showering me with compliments and then did exactly that anyway.
