| I actually just got done watching Star Driver recently. It was not anything I was expecting it to be, I'll give it that. But I definitely had fun while watching it. I hear that is has a pseudo-sequel in Captain Earth, so I'll probably watch through that once all of it is online. | |

| Ah! Another Zoids fan! Yeah, the classic shows are great, but personally, my favorite was Fuzors. The main reason being that it's just alot of fun to watch.
I've actually finally gotten around to watching Zoids Genesis about a day ago. So far it ain't bad.

| Top Favorite Anime: Slayers Second Favorite Anime: Uninhabited Planet Survive Third Favorite Anime: Accel World Fourth Favorite: Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit
Top Favorite Anime Movie: Castle in the Sky
Other than that, hard to say.
As of right now in no particular order, these come to mind: Magic Knight Rayearth Blue Seed Asura Cryin Saber Marionette J
My second, third, and fourth favorites are up there due to how they personally affected me when I watched them. I highly recommend watching Uninhabited Planet Survive if you have problems with depression. Third and fourth could easily be switched, but I recently watched Accel World and couldn't help but personally relate to Haru in many ways, to the point I found myself cheering him on even though I had seen the show before and knew what would happen.

And probably Aldnoah Zero

| Top favorite is probably Eureka Seven. That's the one that springs out when I try to think about it.
Various other favorites include: Monogatari series Gosick Hyouka Jinrui ha Suitaishimashita Kyoukai no Kanata Maoyuu Maou Yuusha Nichijou
Another tier down: Fractale Mawaru Penguindrum Mouretsu Pirates Psycho-Pass Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
This being outside the stuff that pretty much everyone likes e.g. FMA:B, TTGL, Madoka, etc. Looking at my list here, my tastes seem pretty well-defined, actually.

You are literally the first person I saw saying this. 99% of the people from the animu circle that I speak about Kyoukai no Kanata says it is terrible, etc, etc... and it's one of my favorites too.

| I like it for similar reasons as Eureka Seven, I guess. It could be presented better in a lot of ways and I agree with some of the criticisms I hear, but yeah. | |

| It was the excessive moeblob fanservice and fetish dialogue that killed it for me. Episode 6 almost made me drop the series.
Also it would have been nice if the ending didn't leave 50 billion unanswered questions

| I'm fairly new to the world of animé so I haven't watched as many series as most people here. Noteless, my favourites from what I've watched :
5 - Steins;Gate 4 - Toradora! 3 - Kanon (2006) 2 - Chrono Crusade 1 - Clannad
I plead guilty to being a sucker for the emotional/romantic stuff.

| In no particular order (as it is often up for change)
Monogatari series (all seasons) Chihayafuru (all seasons) Bakuman (etc) Macross 7 K-ON S2 Nichijou Kara no Kyoukai Amagami SS Ghost in the Shell (most of its iterations) Working S2
These are the most notable things, as the rank just below them would likely be 15+ other anime. When you've watched nearly 400 anime it tends to clump up like that I guess. I'm also gonna weird out most people by saying that I have a deep connection for K-ON S2 and that some of the emotional high points in my life have happened watching episodes of it.

| Somehow I missed this topic. Odd. Anyway, you guys have more than likely watched a lot more anime than I have. I would have to say that my favorites (in no particular order) are Fruits Basket, Chobits, Sword Art Online, and Sgt. Frog. | |

| In non-particular order (they are not all there since I have a terrible memory for their name)
1. Fullmetal Alchemist 2. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (especially the movie) 3. Death Note 4. Death Parade 5. Psycho-Pass
I most likely missed a lot, but I can't remember their names.
Random mention: -I liked Aldnoah.Zero season 1, but Season 2 was a letdown. -Kill la Kill was entertaining, but the ending was not satisfying. -Arslan Senki has good potential of being one of my favorite. In fact, it's probably my favorite this season. -Attack on Titans was good. I can't wait for the next season... -Gundam Wing and Gundam 00 are my favorite Gundam series.

But I will say Gurren Lagann is probably my favourite overall.

| I'll have to amend my previous list with two titles because of the place the franchise that encompasses both series has taken a hold of my life in the last year or so. For this reason, The Idolm@ster and The Idolm@ster: Cinderella Girls have climbed very, very high up the ranks of my favorites. Otherwise my previous list still stands reasonably well. | |
