I'm actually not sure where to post this topic.

Does anyone received an email from Servimg about an account there is automatically created from your board account? I'm asking here because it creates an account based on this forum username and I've never used this anywhere else.

And the login details were my username and password, as quoted, "The board one". I'm not sure if I'm paranoid or something, but "The board one" feels suspiciously like it's phishing for my password.

Servimg is Forumotion's image host, you automatically get an account when you create a Forumotion forum. The e-mail looks like what you described (a servimg account was automatically created, username: "forum's founder" password: "same as the forum"). Forumotion/actif is a French company so some of the English translations can be a little clumsy.

You shouldn't have received this if you only registered here, though. Did you somehow registered on Forumotion when you created your account?

I think if you accidentally click "Host an image" this happens.
