I went all three days. I had a fucking blast with the huge group of Producers that I went with. If you were in line for any of the Shimoda Asami autograph sessions or Q&A panels you most definitely saw us. We all wore suits on the saturday. Asapon is a real gem and hopefully this trend of idolmaster seiyuus continue into the future because I want to go back next year. You can check my twitter I retweeted a ton of pics from the event and the party we had on the saturday.

I've never been to a convention though.
I'm technically not too far away (Montreal) but I work :/

I roadtripped with some people from Montreal too. It's not too bad, around 6½ hours of driving.

Might've not heard us since the wrestling in the background was stupid loud, but yeah the crazy bunch with lights screaming "asapon" was us.

This is most of the people who wore suits on saturday, though not all of the group was dressed up.

So what's all this noise about Idolmaster seiyuu?

Shimoda Asami was a guest this year. She voices the twins. Also a bunch of other things but honestly why care about those really

I went for the whole weekend. It was amazing. I got a bunch of photos from the JoJo and Tales group photoshoots. Didn't spend much money on loot, but I got the Phantom Blood omnibuses, a Shigenori Soejima artbook, and Ghost in the Shell. I cosplayed Kousei from Your Lie in April, but no one recognized me until I ran into a YLIA group on Sunday...

I didn't see any of you so sad :C Also didn't realize AmiMami VA was there, but oh well, least fav main idols LOL (still love them though)

Two people recognized us as Jacuzzi and Nice, which was more than I expected, I call that a successful first cosplay! My friend's brother and his friends went in our old high school uniform (we went to private school) to see if anyone mistook them to be cosplaying because of the vague uniformness.

I ended up getting a giant Leia pin, a Milla pin, a Repede pin, a Pikachu pin, a Pearl pin, a set of Birth By Sleep bookmarks, a little tiny Komari from Little Busters, a Natalia keychain, and a Judith keychain. Kind of sad no one was selling Tales of Friends straps, I was really hoping to get one. There was a Sailor Moon figurine marked down for $20 but I decided on buying other stuff instead, not sure if I regret that....oh well

I saw a lot of awesome Tales cosplays, and cosplays in general. Also many people with oversized weapons that seemed so tedious to carry around.

Also, Love Live is great. idolm@ster is great. Idol animu are great.
