Tales Fest 2015 predictions

Almost certainly in reference to Zestiria PS4 rumours:



So I'm predicting:

-Zestiria for PS4, and a Day 1 launch with the PS3 version in the West.
-A tease about the next spin-off title, likely mobile
-Possible tease of the next mothership title.

You know what I'm hoping for? Tales of the World 4, for Vita, with a western release. Feeling like the chances of that happening are pretty low, though ;w;

Probably even lower than Reve Unita.

Willing to bet they'll, at the very least, tease the next mothership. In 2010's festival, they teased a big announcement for the summer, which ended up just being further teased in July with concept art of Fennmont and a mention of being for PS3, then the countdown site came in August, and then finally was actually announced as Tales of Xillia in December. None of that is actually relevant, just an example of how a tease could work based on something they've done before.
The new trademarks in addition to the EU branch mentioning "massive surprises/amazing news over the coming months" a few months ago make me think they won't draw it out as much as Xillia's announcement, but...you never know. (I'm also convinced that once a new mothership does get announced, whenever that is, we'll get localization news fast like with Symphonia Chronicles and Zestiria)

We know there will be a prototype of a new Altair figure shown there since they mentioned it in their blog. The question is which character it will be (since it's Altair, we know it'll more than likely be one of the males).

Not sure about spinoffs. I guess enough time has passed since Reve Unitia. They used to crank them out a lot faster so I'm a bit thrown off with them. ^-^;

RM4 would be amazing and it's appropriately timed for it too, id love the announcement with or without localization but I'd like one.

I honestly wouldn't mind them trying something new again like Twin Brave or VS, I was burnt out on crossovers, but they've finally cooled down with the mobile games I only slightly cared about. I'd welcome the announcement of a true portable spinoff, or Tempest R you know.

I'm curious as to what the surprises are mentioned by the EU branch, I hope it ties into an announcement.

I'd like it confirmed whether or not I want a PS4 in the fall or not, not that that will change whether I can actually get one. I wonder if a PS4 Zestiria happens we'll get more DLC sets...

My guess is that the figure is for Mikleo or Dezel, I'm excited to see who it actually is!

No more mystery about the figure. The prototype they're showing is Ludger. There's also a Julius one planned.

Can it be 2016 yet? ;w; Then again, I'd prefer to play the game first anyway.

Apparently it's a full anime series.

Well, I was wrong as Zestiria PS4, at least so far, but I'm happy about Berseria. Assuming it's a first-half 2016 release in Japan, we would probably get it next year too.

Next year would seem a bit soon, but we can all hope.
I'm really excited about the mercy, although there is no Dezel figure, I guess I'll have to wait next year for that. I still can't believe that they'll have a tales of series museum and a crossover with hello kitty.

I think I'll be getting that hello kitty merch~
