Come on and Slam

I don't know what it is about these Slam Remixes, most of them aren't all that good but they never fail to put a smile on my face.

So I doubt there are a lot of you who share my enthusiasm for the Slam and the Jam. However, if you do post your favorites!

I'm a huge fan of slam jams, dude. Most of my favorites come from BotanicSage, he makes hella great remixes of not just slam jams but some other stuff too.
Some of my favorites:

Ace Attorney - Steel Samurai Theme

i think the rule of thumb for good slam jams is to have a good mix of both songs, not to be too loud, and for the tempo of both songs to be pretty similar so that one of them doesn't have to be incredibly sped up or slowed down to match the other (the exception being Groose's theme because it's awesome)

Groose's theme blew my mind, the Groosenator would be proud.

I agree with your idea of what makes a good slam jam, far to many of them just play both songs next to each other and hope for the best.

Yeah, once I found his channel, sparks flew. I also recommend Triple-Q's channel for similar remixes of that kind of quality, though s/he has pretty few slam jams as far as I can tell. I really dig remixers who know a lot of general stuff about musicality and what kind of sounds make a slam jam exciting but not overpowering. And yeah, unfortunately there are a lot of jams out there where you're like "omg yes! This song!" and you play it and it's just lazily thrown together or worse, timed incorrectly, and it's just a big letdown.

omfg, I think i saw a gif of something similar to this the other day, but this video takes the cake
that movie was so important to me as a child so this is just fantastic
