I've always wonddr wondered why there's a huge gap between series like anyone I try to get to care about Destiny etc
It's like whoa this is a completely foreign thing... PHantasia a few people pick it up but
essentially almost no one really before that point in many ways....
But it's because of localization and how games were sold I guess, not necessaril because of dislike towards the series...
That' kins kinda a bummer....
So back in the day though there and still is this company called Tri Ace and they made the best JRPGs really... hands down...
whereas Tales was the funny side kick... nowadays though especially starting the Xillia era I see Xillia as s kicking off
a new era where Tales is well known and respected as a premier genre... whereas I still really like Tri Ace
but I honestly think Tales is basically the better series now.
Personally I find Symphonia to be very much in the middle as far as the series goes... it's very representative of both
p;ast and present... I think almost all fans probably agree it's a good representation for the tales series.
