| Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap - first time playing this one and I'm totally enjoying myself. I just finished the first dungeon and made my way to Mt. Crenel.
Another World - I remember playing this game on the Snes when I was a kid and decided to try it out again. It has a great presentation overall, but something seems a little off. I'll push through and hopefully change my mind.
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze: beat the game with my partner and found every jigsaw piece. started making my way through hard mode and damn some of the levels are long with no checkpoints.
Wii Party U: I didn't have much expectations going in, but overall it's a damn fun game (assuming you have people to play with) and it's one of the few games that take advantage of the gamepad. it's a shame people probably overlook it as shovelware.

| Wii Party U should've used Mario characters. Would've been better than the Mario Parties after 8, and it would've sold decently. | |

| So I've gotten a good portion of the post-game content of PMD: Explorers of Sky out of the way and being completely honest, the story blows me away. Even after I turn my 3DS off for a break I actually have to sit there and remind myself that a story of that level is in a Pokemon game. To anyone that's gotten to the Darkrai arc, you know what I'm talking about. For a brief amount of time the protagonists essentially contemplate - sdas:
suicide; especially your partner.
The PMD series has the same target demographic as the main games yet have much more when it comes to plot. Can we get something more for a change, Game Freak? The potential is there.

It's already sold well over a million copies not including digital so it's doing better than expected. Though I totally agree about using Mario characters in the game. I think more people would have hopped on the bandwagon a lot quicker.

| Super Metroid: I haven't played this one in a while. Everything went well up to Kriad, then I forgot how to get to him. That slowed me down a bit. I made up for it by taking him down in like 30 seconds. I realized the room you run through to get the Speed Booster doesn't fill with lava. I kept thinking I had to run through that room fast. | |

| Tales of Eternia: made my through the Sylph cavern and fought Sylph. She floored me the first time since I decided to go after her minions, huge mistake on my part. The second time, I realized she can't cast air thrust when you continue to attack her. Anyway, the battle ended up being a breeze. (no pun) | |

I lost Brady, Gerome, Lissa, Lon'qu and Severa while trying to recruit Priam. What is up with the sudden difficulty spike?

| You're obviously talking about Neptunia PP, which I simply haven't played because we've known for a long time that Re;Birth 1 was coming out. Basically anything NISA or Tecmo-Koei have localized that isn't Ar Tonelico has been re-released on the Vita with additional content. This means I have to wait longer to start a series, but I get all the existing DLC for free and then some.
Blame all these studios who release free DLC for a couple weeks, then charge for them later. You basically HAVE to download stuff if you think you could feasibly buy the game later. Most of them are locked content anyway, so they could've just made them available from the get-go, but no, there's all this time-limited conditional crap we have to watch out for now.
Granted, it's better that they simply let you download stuff for free during the first X weeks rather than making everything pre-order content, but you can download everything without owning the game on every platform except Steam and 3DS, so it makes no goddamn sense from a marketing standpoint and shouldn't be a hoop to jump through in the first place!
Normally I download things through the SEN website since you can just acquire things in bulk without starting a download or sharing it through any social feeds. Unfortunately it's been acting wonky lately, not letting me sign in or even access the store pages.
Also I'd be playing a lot more things on Vita if I didn't have to play a juggling act with 4GB. Unfortunately, getting a PS4 is way higher on my priority list right now than getting a 64GB card.
My schedule's pretty packed anyway, gotta play through AC3's DLC and beat AC3 Liberation before I get my PS4, so I can start Black Flag right away, and I also want to play through the Bioshock games as well. With Destiny of Spirits and One Piece: Unlimited World Red on the side, there isn't room for much else.

Yes indeed, but I still felt extremely bad. Though the challenge has wetted my appetite. This game has been far too easy on Normal. I think I'll buy the DLC I'm missing and try Lunatic next (on casual, I'm not mad), and try to make it through the game without losing a single unit (but I'm sticking to casual in case I can't get past a certain level without sacrificing someone).

| Super Metroid: Got lost in Maridia. I think I figured out where to go before I almost fell asleep from boredom. I'll finish it today.
Vandal Hearts: The introductory video had an incredibly bad narrator. This game is off to a great start. I love how whenever you hit an enemy red pixels erupt from them. Oh the days of M-Rated PS1 games.

| So I'm back from my vacation and the patch to fix Mugen Souls Z STILL isn't out. It's already been submitted by NISA but Sony's taking its sweet time...
Mugen Field is a near-impossible pain in the ass when encountering a slumbering boss crashes the game. Hurry it up!

| Super Metroid: I was going to beat Draygon the proper way (fire a ton of missiles into its gut), but then I missed up and let it grab me so it got to be fried instead. | |

| Tales of Eternia - made my way through Efreet Gorge and defeated Efreet. I think he might have been the easiest boss so far. The combination of Air Thrust + Spread + Undine (at MAX) + demon hammer was ultimately just a killer combo. Now I am on my way to Mt. Farlos to find out about the Bridge of Light. | |

| I finished Super Metroid today. The final boss is pretty epic, but its too easy. I have a harder time with the escape sequence. This was my third time through the game and I still haven't saved my animal friends. | |
