nice but I would have prefered ufotable Fate Extra anime..I mean come on if they're gonna milk the series some more why not this one. Also red saber is love (DAT EGO!) and so is tamamo(DAT WAIFU!) and female Hakuno(ALL DAT SHIPPING!)

Welp, Unlimited Blade Works is getting a full-length anime treatment while Heaven's Feel is getting the "extremely compressed movie" treatment that UBW originally got.

This is going to make a lot of Fate fans extremely unhappy since originally news sounded like the anime series was going to be Heaven's Feel, but I on the other hand am delighted.

Heaven's Feel was my least favorite arc, and Fate/Zero was even worse for me. I'm more of a fan of Fate/stay night's lighter (by comparison) arcs like Unlimited Blade Works, and I didn't like how hard to follow the UBW movie was unless you had read the VN. It made it "for the fans" and not for anyone new to the series.

That's not to say I don't find Heaven's Feel interesting, but it really crossed a lot of lines for me. I'm not usually that into stories where the main theme is metric f***tons of despair and Heaven's Feel (and Fate/Zero by extension) went way too far in various ways and also really squicked me out with all the shit being done to Sakura.

In full glory? Hell yes.

I can understand them not wanting to air Heaven's Feel on TV considering all the stuff that's in it but I kinda hoped it wouldn't be UBW getting adapted by ufotable... granted the movie was rather poor so they might plan on making a TV adaptation of HF in the future.

Well regardless it's more Type-moon adaptations so I'm fine with it. I'd really want ufotable to make a good Tsukihime adaptation next, but it probably won't happen until the VN remake comes out.

How do you feel about Ufotable's FSN? I love it.
Especially the battles but I dislike some elements in it.

-Archer Vs Lancer 1 is nice and short. I like the animation itself but Archer supposed to be weaker than Lancer.
They make it look like both being equal.

-Saber Vs Lancer is nice as well. But that Gae Bolg is weird.

-Saber+Archer Vs Berserker is pretty cool but I don't like how Saber can kill Berserker once with Invisible Air. It's freaking C rank.
Archer use Caladbolg II but doesn't leave scratch on Berserker when it's the only one to do damage in VN.

-Saber Vs Assassin 1 is good. Tsubame Gaeshi only have two slash in this fight but I'm fine with it.
In their second fight, the VN mention he only use three slash in even ground so it's all good.

-Archer Vs Caster is nice as well. The baka exchange is entertaining. No complain in this fight.

Because of this I like watching the reaction video over watching the anime itself.
I nitpick too much things, I guess...
