Talk to Kratos in Flanoir. He automatically shows up if you reject everyone else in the original version but he needs to be in your top three in the PS3 one.

Oh boy. I'm at the Palmacosta ranch now. I was gonna go after Magnius first. Maybe I'll go after Kilia first next playthrough.
