| - Spoiler:
It's still there, it's just that you won't be bugged about it anymore. It's easier to repay it after you beat the last boss because the post-game stuff gives you money.

| Elle's father...
What?! Did he never remove his mask? ... or is Elle somewhat oblivious to the similarity? (I just finished that part)
Also, that Chronothingy is op as hell. Enemy goes overlimit? Time to Chrono!

He had to wear it because of his "infection". During one of the side quests it was made clear that Elle did not know anybody besides her father and so did not think too much about that mask. The voice thing... hm. It wouldn't surprise me if Victor used a different tone so that Elle wouldn't recognize Ludger as him.

| Totally random.
Is there anything special in NG+ or is it like every other Tales game? I haven't done any post-end-game content at the moment. I'll be finishing Fairy Fencer F soon (I think) and I was wondering if I should do a NG+ afterward.
Truth to be told, I never finished any NG+ for Tales game.
ToV: I got to the desert then I stopped. ToGf: I got into the Future Arc (When you fight a lot of little Queens) but I stopped. ToX1: I started Jude's side but I stopped real fast.
I guess the difficulty just isn't there once you beat the game.

I guess the difficulty just isn't there once you beat the game. Well what do you mean exactly? There are a couple things that you can't do in one playthrough. For instance, getting the weapon from Elle for having high affinity with her. Even if you make all the affection-boosting choices with her in game, you can't get enough points without carrying them over into another playthrough and then adding more. Also, it's pretty much impossible to get to max level (and thus get the trophy) without having double or quintuple experience. The difficulty is plenty there so long as you set it, lol. As long as you aren't abusing burn ailment (though this doesn't work for all bosses and mobs anyway) and don't get any of the lame experience boosters from the grade shop, playing on unknown should give you a fair challenge, especially later in the game when many bosses have attacks that will oneshot you.

| it has its perks playing the sequels before the first games.
i did it with ToS2 and enjoyed the hell out of it. ToS didn't appeal to me quite as much.
and i watched a toX2 blind LP without knowing anything about ToX1 apart from a few character things. and so naturally i was completely floored by ToX2. i have watched this one LP 3 times and am now digging up more LPs of it since i don't have a ps3 (YET).
so i can only comment on the story and not the actual game play. that one comment about Ludger being autistic was actually my first impression too. nobody is that shy! and Ludger sometimes considers saying really weird stuff.... like that house by the lake that he claims is his vacation home...wtf, Ludger, you kind of are psychic, aren't you. That's it, he talks telepathically. XD
seriously though. i like the plot of Chronos and Origin. And the fractured dimensions too.
