Looking for advice regarding the Playstation TV

I was thinking about getting one due to me loving my Vita to death, but I'm more of a console guy. I like playing games on my TV compared to a handheld. I was thinking about trading in my Vita to replace it for the Playstation TV, but I have a few concerns...

I dunno if all of the games I have or future games I will get will be compatible.

Due I have to wipe my memory card in order to use it on the PSTV? Or is it just tied to an a PSN account? \

I was going to sell/trade in my vita to make the PSTV purchase cheap, but If I'm stuck with it and the games I own cannot be played, that wouldn't be good. What do you guys think?

Super Monkey Ball: Banana Splitz, Little Deviants and Everybody's Golf 6 are not compatible.
