You guys who watched the OVA remember Ibitsu right? That Akiko Shikata song used as the ending theme for the second United World episode? The full version is finally getting released on April 29 on the single for Akatsuki no Yona's new ending theme. :3

Once it gets released? Almost 3 years. Too long but too excited to care. I need this.

Huh. That song did kind of disappear into the either. I guess we'll get the full range of incomprehensibility now!

Maybe just a little. Hahaha.
Pretty small update, the bonus for buying at Animate Shop will be an orgel arrange CD, so there will be music box versions of Akatsuki and Ibitsu (from what I remember, they also offered one for Inori no Kanata back when that was released). Jacket art for the single is below.
Still a bit over a month left. ;_;
Edit: All four song titles on the single have been announced. 1: Irodori 2: Ibitsu 3: Akatsuki 4: Akatsuki -instrumental-
So yeeeah, one's just an instrumental of Yona's 2nd ED, but I ain't complaining. Find it funny all the song titles are a single kanji.

Double posting but there's a track preview of the CD. Ibitsu starts at 1:30. It sounds like a new recording, but I expected that since the original short version was done several years ago.

Just a few more days. Shikata revealed that there originally weren't any plans to make a longer song and made the short one for the sake of convenience. She's doing the full version now because fans asked for it. ...Those of us who waited pretty much lucked out. Edit: And now it's released. Happy Akatsuki day. Now to...wait...(I have no money atm booo)

Me after hearing the full version:
But outside of posting a meme, the CD+shipping is actually pretty cheap, so I might be able to order it sooner than I thought. On another note, does anyone remember what our old codeword was? I was going to make a joke about it, and I completely forgot it.

Thank you, Naoshi! Difficult to keep whole Japanese song titles in the brain if you are not used to it.

There was also Kaze wa Harukana Asu o Shiru by Akiko Shikata (it was also butchered the way it was cut down for length). :3
