I just looked it up and huh...I had no idea there was a version made in 2014.

I like how it's basically like France said "Hey, you know what the world needs? More movies with the cinematography and art direction of Labyrinth, Legend, and Bram Stoker's Dracula, with a little bit of Miyazaki thrown in."

I haven't but given that it's an authentically French version I'd be very interested to see it at some point, so my answer is because other busy things mainly!
