Horror Animes

Hello~ Has anyone here ever watched horror animes?

Like the when they cry series?
I loved both umineko and higurashi! It's kinda gory, but it keeps you guessing till the end

If you wanted to watch it, I warn you it's 18+ due to the violence/bloody scenes...but the plot is worth it if you can get past that haha

I just finished "Another" as well, pretty good plot twist at the end.

I thought that Another was pretty interesting. It did not scare me though.

The Aoi Bungaku Series counts, I think. The first arc is more drama than horror. Be aware that it tackles some disgusting subject matters like rape.

You should read Gokiburi Buster, the scariest manga ever made, but don't read the description because it totally spoils all the disturbing horror within.
