| I'm doing good. Thank you. I'm stopping my caffeine intake because its giving me chest pains and ever since I've been good. Man, caffeine pills are horrible. I didn't realize how bad they were until I started taking them. :< | |

| I'm a gamer, a pretty hardcore one and I need fuel to keep me awake so I can keep playing lol. Pretty pathetic right? :< But I realize that I'm probably damaging myself by doing so so I need a better and safer way of getting more energy. Do you have any ideas besides caffeine or energy drinks? And my dad's home so my weekend wasn't as boring/lonely as it normally is. | |

| Apples are good for wakefulness as well as staying hydrated. Making sure you blink and your eyes are moving around is important, as well as regular physical activity can improve long-term wakefulness. For temporary wakefulness if you have energy and you can do a couple jumping jacks to get the blood going. I'm sure there's other things too! I find talking helps keep me awake but can't always find people and can't always talk while studying. | |

| Hey swordandshield! Welcome back! If caffeine is making your chest hurt, it's naturally best to stop. My wife goes through the same thing. She can't handle more than one caffeinated cup of coffee, so we just drink decaf. To help with the lack of energy, have you tried taking Vitamin B Complex supplements? This is a natural energy booster and it works really well for my wife. | |

| Hey sorry for the late response, been a bit busy. I take a daily vitamin with B vitamins in it but it doesn't seem to give me much energy. It could be because I'm overweight and not physically fit that I feel tired and sluggish all the time. But I have a hiatal hernia or GERD/acid reflux and I do get in a lot of pain sometimes especially after I eat. It's not my heart that is giving me my chest pains (thank god) because I got an EKG and tests done on my heart last month at the ER and they found nothing wrong with my heart. | |
