| So, guys, how would you react if they confirmed this as an Online Multiplayer game? Will it gain hatred á la Monolith Soft's X? Would you like a Heroes vs Dragons Hunting mode, where human players can level up dragons as well as master artes?
Been thinking based on the scans how local multiplayer would work. I suspect camera will zoom-in/out depending on how many characters are on-screen. Sadly, I believe guest players won't be able to travel by themselves when exploring. Not to be saddened, as such thing has never been implemented to the franchise.
And, I don't know. This game's combat might get a severe approach of that of Ys Seven/Celceta. Maybe it's just me. | |

DO you mean how they changed from Napishtim engine to party engine? Doubt it, Namco does tweaks but does not change the core gameplay or systems. Also, if this game got a change like that, it'll be faster than Graces, which is the fastest Tales battle system to date. I mean, look at how combat got even more fast paced in Celceta! | |

| I was thinking about the combat design. I'm throwing my 2 cents that Zestiria will play like Celceta but a little slower if not with TOX2's speed with 4 members on-screen and the usual, combo-dedicated system. Watch characters being selectable real-time for strategy sake. | |

I still think if it's seamless combat (no transition to combat screen) or not is up for debate. From the screens I saw, it either looks like we're getting separate battle screen but larger areas or really on-map battles. I for one want seamless combat, on-map battles. Makes it more interesting, ala Xenoblade. | |

For Edna's jacket design, I remember them saying Slay has a wardrobe of things to choose from? Maybe everyone will get a couple garments? Maybe.
I really like what I'm seeing of Alicia's style! Exactly what I wanted her to be :3 (Maybe we'll finally get a lancer class in the next TotW)
Edna's personality sounds really cool, I like her concept and I'm excited to see how she's played out. So far the cast looks like they're going to compliment the "pure-hearted" main character well.
I'm actually hoping its not seamless on-map battles, but I think that depends on how exactly they're going to implement it I guess, I'm of course going to give whatever they do a chance. | |

| The scans pretty much confirm a Day-Night transition cycle. The environments look colorful; they just need to fill them with things (Just hoping a wide variety of stuff, aside from Mining spots, monsters, and Discovery locations).
When will they throw more BGM samples? I want more Shiina goodness. | |

I'm a bit annoyed that all the characters revealed so far seem to cater to Slay though. The Tenzoku concept is cool, but I'm starting to feel sorry for Alisha and wonder what she's even doing in the party when Slay's so busy making invisible friends. I wish Namco'd revealed a few more human characters first to balance things out. | |
