Pff, nothing that a little priority Switcheroo Ring Target can't handle. Actually, it's lagging tail =) Ring Target would be nice for thunder and hurricane, yes, but lagging tail serves my purposes far better. Choice Scarf EQ Garchomp is a serious problem, yes. I can't outspeed it, so I need to pull some shenanigans. Sticky web slows it down a lot, but it obviously won't work if Garchomp is already out there. This is where Whimsicott @ Lagging Tail and switcheroo comes in. If I can outspeed the Garchomp, it's dead. And my heliolisk outspeeds max IV, max EV, jolly non-scarf Garchomp by default ; ) Though I have no idea why anyone would run that. A non-mega garchomp can take out my heliolisk with EQ in two hits easily (not one, mind you). Except that Heliolisk regenerates like crazy so it'll probably still take three hits. Garchomp has a crippling weakness to ice. Lanturn takes three EQ's to go down as well, but Garchomp only takes two Ice Beams to be KO'd. Now this looks nice on paper, but in reality, if heliolisk outspeeds Garchomp, its EQ gets electrified every turn, which means that it deals 1/8th of the health of Heliolisk and actually heals my Lanturn =p All of this, however, doesn't mean Heliolisk can't be taken out easily. Prankster Taunt + 2 EQ's, MegaKhan Fake out + 1 EQ both do the trick. Fighting types are far more of a threat =( I'll never forget that Close Combat Xerneas... ohko - Txn wrote:

No problem! - Moontoon wrote:
- Actually, I usually do better than than with keeping track of weaknesses and advantages etc. Using Nidoqueen was mostly an experiment since I'm not sure how good it fits with my other pokemon. But yes, having the opportunity to look at the opponents team before the match starts is something I need to take advantage of more often ō_ō;

| I don't know...do I transfer all my Pokes now and use that sweet, sweet BP on buying TMs in Y, or do I wait until Z and do it then? Either way I am NOT grinding out BP in a Battle [whatever] ever again.
I think I'll at least wait a couple of weeks. Anyone remember how GTA Online deleted everyone's characters when that was first launched? Yeeeeah.

| You can have someone help you. Like, transfer them to a friends' gen 4 game and they'll transfer them into B/W or B/W2 for you. That person does have to have access to 2 DS systems, though. | |

| I've got 2 DS systems (DSi and 3DS) and 4th & 5th gen games. With Wi-Fi trading I can help pretty much anyone transfer Sliv, ever consider a quick run of a 4th gen game (Platinum for example)? I can help you from there. | |

| So I had a German Shiny Gliscor that I received from a trade a long time ago as a Gligar. When he evolved, his name went from "SKORGLA" to "Gliscor". Upon transferring him to Gen VI, his name changed to "Skorgro". Why did that happen? His name was already in lowercase letters, so why the unneeded change to his German name? | |

Does anyone have Kee and Maranga berries they could spare? :s Just one of each so I don't have to go through the long berry breeding process if you already have, I feel like Mendel _._

Maybe there is an "insult" in Glisor? Nosepass is impossible, too, iirc.

| Thanks again. How to properly die to Perish Song: XSSG-WWWW-WWW4-PHDB Seriously, I don't think there's any way I could've countered that.
I'm still not sure how to counter that.
