| As someone who grew up with Harvest Moon since the SNES version came out when I was 13, this is all I have to say about the whole situation:
I don't want to live on this planet anymore.
Also wrong link Taiyz. | |

| I'm still confused about that thing.
The real Harvest Moon is now calles Story of Seasons; and NOT-Harvest Moon keeps the name Harvest Moon and Natsume is even advertising it as a new entry to the series.
What the hell is going on?

| The actual name of the series is Bokujou Monogatari, Farm Story. Natsume had always localized the games as Harvest Moon. Rune Factory was called A Fantasy Harvest Moon only when Natsume was publishing it, but then it passed over to Xseed and lost the subtitle. Now the latest Bokujou Monogatari is being handled by Xseed, and will be called Story of Seasons. Natsume is making a completely original game and they are going to call it Harvest Moon 3D: The Lost Valley.
It's hard to tell how long Natsume was cooking this up, as presumably Marvelous told them a while ago that they were giving the publishing rights to another company from that point onward, but the announcement was certainly a mad dash to rain on Xseed's parade.

| I think I remember Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley appearing in trademark stuff for a while now. I think everyone assumed it was going to be the english version of Connect to a New Land, though. | |

| This is exactly why publishers shouldn't have the rights over devs to titles. | |

| Tbh I think it was more Marvelous fault than anything else, handing the localization to Xseed will cost them a lot less money since they own Xseed. The problem is that Havest Moon got a name of it's own independently of the japanese name.

| Well yeah, I'm sure that Natsume's feeling pretty shitty that their flagship series got stolen from them, but they should've seen this coming after 2-3 Rune Factory games ended up being localized by Xseed.
Both companies are in the wrong, in different ways. It's like if Arc System Works randomly stopped letting Aksys publish their games because of the Persona fighters and worked with Atlus instead.
I think that ultimately Natsume's the bigger douche just because they are literally marketing a completely different product under a classic name. Marvelous and Natsume both undercut each other, but Natsume's the one fucking over the consumer if their take on Bokujou Monogatari ends up shitty. Honestly this whole ordeal is basically convincing me to buy Story of Seasons.

| ^Actually, that's a part of an update in SS Delta that will be released today in Japan. Also, they include two new things: A new archfiend called Bahamut (model based on Naked Emperor/Wyvern), and a new Avalon sorcerer called The Grim Reaper. About Bahamut, you MAY find him in non-gemini pacts (after part of the stages collapses), in Alice or Blank pages. Still unknown if you can get his original form, but since it's related to the Lizardmen, you probably won't get him. Images here: http://www.jp.playstation.com/scej/title/soulsacrificedelta/update/(also includes the three Wild Arms costumes and a few headgears. They also tweaked some offerings increasing their power and number of uses. For example, a Black rank normal Throw went from 9 uses to 18. Edit: The patch is available for every region right now! | |

| I had just assume Natsume was just a publisher... whom I don't associate with anything but Harvest Moon. Hopefully the Harvest Moon Base will simply correct the misinformation from here on and carry on, but wow, Natsume's got gaul. Did Marvelous just drop the publisher switch bomb on them out of nowhere, or what? | |

| Like I said it was probably inevitable because Rune Factory was handed off to Xseed 3 iterations ago (Rune Factory 3-4 and Frontier I think.)
I'm not sure what the most recent Harvest Moon game was mind you, it might've been that Natsume still localized one even after Rune Factory was given to Xseed...Then again, they could have simply been translating it before Rune Factory was given away and as such it would've made little sense to throw out the translation.

Also cannot find dem DLC..... The costumes are unlocked automatically when you get in portraiture. The hats, however, have to be unlocked by clearing blank pacts. Edit: Also, when giving offerings to allies, the screen doesn't reset and make you scroll all the way back to where you were! It sure took some time to patch this thing.

Videogamesplus has imported 64GB memory cards, I'm assuming you're talking about the Vita?

| The way I see it, you may as well invest now and probably never have to get another one. Even if it's not enough, it is still a ton of space to play around with and keeps fewer backups on your PC/PS3/Playstation Plus cloud.
Then again, I formatted a 64GB card for my 3DS and that's a little overkill for that platform.

| Previously in vanilla Soul Sacrifice, we only got the Toukiden costume but not the archfiend Oni. Now, in this new DLC, we get the both the Chtonian Fiend, AND his palette swap the Abyssal Fiend! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XD-hDU70WXI | |

| Not really. The card I got is 89.99 new (I got it on sale I think) which is only 20 bucks cheaper than the Vita's 64GB card, imported. | |

| There's a lot of factors. Not wanting to buy cheap shit like Rocketfish, living in Canada where electronics options are more limited, living in Canada where everything is more expensive for no reason...
But like I said, I got it on sale.
