Honestly I would play that. I understand their hesitation to remake it, nobody would ever be happy.

But they need to realize that it's easy to abuse fans of AAA games, no matter how badly you f*** things up people will buy based on brand name alone if it's sufficiently pretty and marketed. A remake of FF7 would likely do NOTHING to revitalize the genre, nobody actually wants new and interesting JRPGs or Persona would not be the ONLY series that people play nowadays, but it would be a quick cash infusion so they can get back to funding games that do good things for the industry, like Sleeping Dogs, Tomb Raider (and hopefully with none of this exclusivity crap) and I suppose Deus Ex 3 even despite the boss fight complaints.

And yes I am including FFXIII in that list, whether you like the story or not (which I still think is no worse than your usual Final Fantasy plot) those games were really something different, and FUN for me, a guy who normally hates ATB-based combat.

I don't think people wanting a remake of FF7 want it to help the JRPG genre, they just want a remake of FF7.

Harada said that about North America only. Even if he's serious, Europe will be fine.

Anyways, she's basically a Marie Rose rip-off is my only complaint. I just won't pick her but I don't see the problem with her.

Well I wish that there was more characters, at least there will be more story and bullet will get more focus. I mean she just disappeared during the true ending even though she was there in her story.

I imagine Bullet has her own story arc, I read about CP's plot so I assume she'll train so that she can beat Asrael without relying on her Ars Armagus.

Now whether that'll actually happen or if she'll get the Litchi treatment and never resolve her struggle, that remains to be seen.

Also I'm now really mad that they skipped the 360 release of CP but are still releasing it on Xbox One. Crossplay between PS3 and PS4 is great though.
